Welcome to JANUZY, a platform that connects users with service providers.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JANUZY platform (the "Platform"), which connects service providers ("Service Providers") with users ("Users"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Platform.

1. Platform Overview

The Platform serves as an online marketplace where Service Providers can offer their services to Users. The Platform facilitates interactions between Service Providers and Users but does not directly provide any services itself.

2. Responsibility Disclaimer

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that JANUZY is not responsible for the following:

Service Provided: The quality, accuracy, or completeness of the services provided by Service Providers. We are not responsible for the actual services provided by service providers, nor do we guarantee the quality or outcome of any service rendered through the platform.

Details Displayed About Services: The content, descriptions, and details of the services displayed by Service Providers on the Platform. We do not assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any service details provided by service providers. Service providers are solely responsible for the information they submit.

Images and Pictures Shown: The images and pictures displayed by Service Providers, including but not limited to the accuracy and legitimacy of such images. Any images or pictures displayed on the platform are either provided by the service providers or sourced by them. We are not liable for the authenticity or appropriateness of these images.

Quality of Service Provided: The standard or quality of the service provided by Service Providers, including any discrepancies or issues. We do not endorse or guarantee the quality of any services offered by service providers. Users are encouraged to conduct their own research and assessments before engaging with service providers.

Pricing or Payment Arrangements: Any disputes or issues related to the pricing, payments, or arrangements made between Users and Service Providers. We are not responsible for the pricing or payment terms between users and service providers. All financial transactions are handled directly between the parties involved.

Service Providers and Services: The actions, reliability, or conduct of Service Providers, and the services they provide. We do not take responsibility for the actions, behaviors, or services provided by service providers. We are not liable for any disputes or issues arising from the services rendered.
Communication Between Users: Any communication, interactions, or agreements between Users and Service Providers. We are not responsible for communication between users of the platform, including any agreements or disagreements that may occur outside of the platform.

Misrepresentation or Misinformation: Any false, misleading, or inaccurate statements made by Service Providers or Users. We are not liable for any misrepresentation or misinformation provided by service providers or users. All parties must verify the accuracy of any information shared.

Disclosure of Personal Information: Any disclosure or use of private or personal information shared between Users, Service Providers, or third parties, which may lead to external activities. We are not liable for the disclosure of any personal or private information by users, including any information that might lead to external activities outside of the platform.

Choices Made by Independent Parties: Any decisions, actions, or choices made by independent parties (Users or Service Providers) without the Platform’s involvement. Any choice made by a user, such as selecting a particular service provider or service, is done at the user's own discretion and risk. We are not responsible for these decisions.

Details, Comments, and Reviews About Service Providers: The content of comments, reviews, and feedback posted by Users regarding Service Providers, including any offensive or defamatory content. We are not responsible for any comments or reviews posted by users regarding service providers. Users must be mindful and responsible when posting feedback.

Language and Demonstrations by Users: The language, conduct, or behavior exhibited by any user (Service Providers or Users) while interacting on the Platform. We are not responsible for the language or conduct of any users on the platform. Users must adhere to acceptable standards of behavior and language

3. Responsibilities of JANUZY

JANUZY is responsible for the following:

Providing and Maintaining the Platform: We are responsible for ensuring that the Platform remains accessible, functional, and operational for all Users and Service Providers.

Providing the Marketplace: We facilitate a marketplace where service providers can list their services and users can access them, but we do not directly engage in the services offered. Offering a space for Service Providers to showcase their services and connect with Users.

Providing a Fair and Equal Environment: We strive to offer a level playing field for all service providers to compete with and connect with potential clients, striving to provide a fair and impartial environment where Service Providers can compete on equal terms.

Providing Available Information: Offering the necessary information to Users to make informed decisions when choosing Service Providers, including but not limited to service details and pricing (when provided).
Ensuring Platform Safety: Taking measures to maintain a safe environment for all Users and Service Providers, free from any abuse or violence.

Platform Monitoring: Monitoring the Platform for compliance with these Terms, and taking appropriate action, when necessary, to ensure the Platform remains safe and free from abuse.

4. User and Service Provider Responsibilities

Users and Service Providers are responsible for their conduct on the Platform, including:

Accuracy of Information: Ensuring that the information they provide on the Platform, including profiles, service details, reviews, and comments, is accurate, truthful, and up to date.

Communication: Respecting other users and maintaining professional and courteous communication through the Platform.

Compliance: Adhering to all applicable laws and regulations while using the Platform.
Respecting Privacy: Not disclosing personal or private information about others without their consent. 5. User and Service Provider Reviews

Users may leave reviews and comments about Service Providers based on their experiences. These reviews are opinions and should be constructive, respectful, and factual. JANUZY does not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of any review or comment, nor does it assume responsibility for the content posted by Users.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JANUZY, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities, including legal fees arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with other Users or Service Providers.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violate these Terms or is harmful to the Platform's operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JANUZY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, regardless of whether JANUZY was advised of the possibility of such damage.

9. Amendments

JANUZY reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Platform, and the updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. By continuing to use the Platform after such changes, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.
